At Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop, we want to ensure you are rolling with confidence and the perfect fit. If your gear isn't exactly what you expected, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your skates or accessories are in brand-new, resaleable condition with all tags attached and wheels showing no signs of outdoor or indoor use.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items back into their original manufacturer's box, place that box inside a shipping carton, and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our skate technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
